Commercial-grade variable refrigerant flow for large buildings.
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems are a sophisticated form of multi-split technology designed for large commercial and multi-residential buildings. A single large outdoor unit — or multiple units ganged together — connects to dozens of indoor units of different types through a shared refrigerant pipe network.
The 'variable flow' refers to the system's ability to precisely control the quantity of refrigerant delivered to each indoor unit based on its individual load, using advanced inverter compressors and electronic expansion valves. This results in exceptional energy efficiency and simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones.
VRF systems are the standard for commercial fitouts, hotels, apartment buildings, and institutional projects. They support a wide variety of indoor unit types — wall-mounted, cassette, ducted, concealed, and floor-standing — all from the one outdoor plant.

Individual zone control for each tenancy or open-plan area from common outdoor plant.
Each room independently conditioned; simultaneous heating and cooling across floors.
Multiple apartments served from rooftop or ground-level plant room.
High capacity system serves anchor tenants and specialty stores from shared plant.
Schools, hospitals, and government buildings benefit from the flexibility and energy efficiency.
